The MountainTop Expense Manager with GST Compliance and Reporting is an Employee Self Service (ESS) tool that will help reduce manual paperwork of filing expense claims and monitoring company policies with regards to miscellaneous expenditures.

The solution is on a versatile platform that is both low cost and easy to maintain. Built on an Open Source platform, it is fully scalable and can be further expanded to cater for additional functionality such as Travel Request and Leave Application.

The solution has a Work Flow engine embedded into the offering. Multi-level approval functionality can be configured to suit your business needs.

All expense receipts can be scanned and attached to the claim form as documentary proof of the transaction. Digitizing receipts will ensure long term auditable historical transactions as physical documents deteriorate in condition over time.
